Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: �15 - �20 per hour + 28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) + Pension Scheme + Early Friday Finish

Join a family run company that has been operating for over 50 years and is known for its innovation in manufacturing and servicing of special purpose machinery. Due to a growing workload and increasing business demands, they are expanding their team and are looking for a skilled Machinist. You'll be working within a team of 6, focused on delivering high-quality mechanical parts and equipment.
In this role you will be working from engineering drawings to build and fit special purpose machinery, use manual lathes, CNC milling machines and other equipment to machine mechanical parts. Building and assembling equipment for canning lines, testing equipment as well as handling a variety of machining tasks will also be a part of your role.
This role would suit a Machinist looking for a hands-on, varied role within a small but growing company. It's ideal for someone with experience in reading engineering drawings and operating manual/CNC machines who values stability and a supportive work environment.
The Role:
*Using manual lathes.
*CNC milling machines.
*Assembling equipment for canning lines.
*Testing equipment.
*Handling a variety of machining tasks, including milling, turning, and grinding.
The Candidate:
*Ability to read Engineering drawings.
*Well experienced in the manufacturing Industry.
*Hands on experience.
*Works well in a team.
