What we expect of our Maintenance and Repair Manager:

• Recruit and lead a team of field based engineers, maintaining sewage systems for clients
• High level of technical standards
• Look over employee absences and leave
• Achieve targets by liaising with the grou[ business development manager
• Compliance of all health and safety procedures
• Project management of repairs of higher value
• Coordinate with clients and accounts
• Managing budgets for the department and forecasting
