Job Description�

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Carpenter to join their team based near Luton. This role requires a mix of reactive work and scheduled maintenance activities.�Responsible for performing various carpentry tasks to maintain and improve the structural integrity and aesthetic appearance of buildings in surrounding counties and North London ensuring all work complies with safety standards, building codes and company policies.�

Working hours are 8am-4pm. Once a week in every 5 weeks you will be on call in the evenings and weekends - this is required.�

Weekly Pay -��21/HR�

Skills and Experience

• Proven maintenance (reactive and planned) Experience - 5 years�preferred.�


• Professional carpenter with a focus on maintenance.�


• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.�


• Experience using power tools safely and efficiently.�
