�38,000 per annum - no call out with this position
Permanent position for a maintenance electrician to take ownership of a static site in Nottingham City Centre. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.�This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week with occasional overtime on weekends.�
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

• Planned and reactive works and repairs of electrical and general building services plant including: Power distribution, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, plant room systems, access and control systems etc.
• HVAC maintenance on air handling units, fan coils etc.
• General building fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing.
• Supervision of specialist sub-contractors when on site.

The ideal candidate�will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance. This role is working at a large blue chip corporate office facility.�
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of �38,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.�
