Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Electrician seeking a new opportunity in Plymouth? We have a fantastic position available for you!

Our client, a reputable healthcare site in Plymouth, is looking to hire a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician to join their dedicated team. This role offers a competitive salary of �42,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package including 5 weeks of holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs within a healthcare facility.
  • Carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors.

Shift Pattern:

  • Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Total Work Days: 7 days out of a 14-day cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236/#####, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Competency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
