The successful Maintenance Electrician will be required to work 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off (days and nights), plus overtime to provide shift cover as and when required.

The role will involve:

  • Carrying out day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery.
  • Working under Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Carrying out routine electrical maintenance and repairs according to planned maintenance schedules, including the completion of risk assessments.
  • Carrying out electrical maintenance on PPM system.
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
  • Provide production support within the shift team and provide shift cover when required.

To be successful in this role of Maintenance Electrician we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Ideally have experience of an Anaerobic Digestion facility or related experience.
  • You must have served a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • Have extensive Electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.
  • Have proven experience with fault finding, including troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices.
  • Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives.
  • Be able to work using your own initiative.
