It does not necessarily list in detail all the tasks required to carry outthese duties and responsibilities.Responsible for certifying his own work and the work of other qualified electrical/plumbing tradespersons to approve that the workhas been completed in full compliance with relevant NICEIC and/or Gas Safe Regulations.Daily completion of job tickets and timesheets either electronically (via mobile device) or paper records, describing worksundertaken in sufficient detail to assist in the calculation of performance and invoicing data.Action the instructions and requirements relating to the delivery of a Housing Repair Operations / WHQS Section via the variousmethods adopted for work allocation.PERSON SPECIFICATIONQUALIFICATIONSCity and Guilds Basic Craft Certificate or an NVQ Level 2 qualification in relevant trade.Electrical Installations IEE current Edition of the Wiring Regulations (City and Guilds 2382-18).Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent), (all to BS 7671).City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate or an NVQ 3 in relevant trade.City and Guilds Basic Craft Certificate or an NVQ Level 2 qualification in an alternative trade.Gas Safe Plumber:MET1 or MET 2ACS competencies in LPG.ACS competencies in commercial heatingHETAS or equivalent.Electrician:City and Guilds Design, Erection and Verification (#####) to BS#####1.KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of relevant Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work and Health and Safety issues relating to thepost.Knowledge and experience in undertaking associated building trade skills.Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence to drive a Council vehicle.JBRP1_UKTJ
