You will be carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks within the building, so you must be experienced in the below:
Fire Alarm
Systems
Emergency Light Testing
Fault Finding
PPM's and Reactive Maintenance
Plants Rooms
BMS Systems
IT Literate
Must have either 17th/18th Edition and
at least
