Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (FM)

Location: Salisbury

Salary: �38,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within facilities management.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
