We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrical Technician to join our clients team for the Day shift. If you are an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial electrical maintenance, we want to hear from you!
This role could offer the right experienced candidate the flexibility of full-time or part-time working hours, making it ideal for candidates seeking a balanced work schedule, including those who are semi-retired.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and routine maintenance on industrial machinery, three-phase distribution boards, and generic electrical systems.
Conduct planned and responsive electrical work, including tray work, cable installations, socket circuits, and lighting.
Assist the team with cable runs and project-based tasks.
Leverage knowledge of test and inspection procedures, particularly with three-phase distribution boards.
Proactively identify and address maintenance issues on-site, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
Proven experience in an industrial workplace.
17th or 18th Edition certification.
Minimum Level 2 BTEC or equivalent qualification.
Approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Desirable:
Proficiency in Test & Inspection.
PAT Testing experience.
