The Role

• Handle building fabric tasks: joinery, glazing, floor laying
• Work across residential & commercial properties
• Ensure project quality standards are met
• Occasional site travel
• Company Vehicle

The Person

• Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Background in flooring and fenestration
• Full UK driving license, willing to travel
• Commutable to Southampton
