Pitman shift Rotation
As a Shift Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining peak performance at a busy retail production facility. Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you’ll work Pittman rotating 12-hour shifts, handling machine breakdowns, maintenance, and improvement projects. This is your chance to join a dynamic, “politic-free” workplace that values hands-on expertise, teamwork, and consumer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond efficiently to machine breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to keep production flowing.
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), corrective actions, and machine enhancements.
*Boost efficiency using continuous improvement techniques and best practices.
*Maintain detailed shift reports and manage work orders via the CMMS system.
*Support weekend maintenance and contribute to engineering KPIs.
*Ensure process equipment operates optimally, reducing downtime, waste, and utility usage.
*Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on innovative site improvements.
