Building Maintenance person with plumbing bias x4 - Amesbury in Wiltshire
£38,000 per annum

Monday to Friday - Days 8am - 4pm
Permanent role - Amesbury
Purpose of role:
To carry out straightforward planned and reactive mechanical maintenance work in a large commercial building located in Amesbury -including plumbing repair and maintenance, fault finding, testing water temperature, changing filters on air handling units etc.
£38,000 per annum, Monday to Friday - Permanent Role
Working for a nationwide facilities company this is a fantastic opportunity for a time served maintenance handyperson with experience in plumbing repair and maintenance and general building services maintenance experience.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in planned maintenance and repair in buildings
Good Plumbing experience
Experience of changing filters on air handling units and steam.
Full UK driving license
Previous Experience on a critical site.
