Working Hours:�Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Salary:��12 - �14 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

CRS are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fabricator to join a team at a busy sawmill in Gretna. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in fabrication and maintenance work, looking for a stable and rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication tasks, including cutting, welding, and assembling metal components.


• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on sawmill machinery and equipment.


• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operation.


• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance fabricator role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.


• Proficiency in welding, cutting, and metal fabrication.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Commitment to health and safety practices.
