Maintenance Engineer

Are you a maintenance engineer looking to get your foot in the door of a manufacturing business known for their development opportunities? If so Futures are looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer who can work on a variety of machinery (breakdowns and reactive work, plus some PPMs) whilst turning your hand to some facilities maintenance activity when required too.

Maintenance Engineer - Role - PPM, Mechanical, Electrical, Fault Finding, 17th Edition

* Effectively maintain machines, site services and utilities in a timely manner
* Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
* Constantly strive for, and implement, development and improvement work to give increased OEE.
* Assist in developing a robust and effective preventative maintenance program.
* To provide maintenance breakdown cover across all manufacturing shifts, when required.

Maintenance Engineer - Duties - PPM, Mechanical, Electrical, Fault Finding, 17th Edition

* Experience with multi-bagging systems and check-weighers would be beneficial
* PPM, reactive breakdowns, some project work/installations
* Legitimately multi skilled with strong fault finding skills and 16th/17th edition training
* HNC/HND or full apprenticeship required
* Experience working in manufacturing
