C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer for a 4* grade 2 listed hotel based just outside of Milton Keynes. This is a stunning location to work, the hotel boasts various restaurants, spa, holds conferences and weddings. Stunning location.

The Role:

• Carry out day to day repairs within the hotel.


• Run and record schedules as a part of the maintenance team.


• Complete small projects work and make reactive repairs to keep hotel running smoothly.


• General painting and decorating around the hotel.


• Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns.


• Respond to all building related issues.


• Deal with guest related concerns.


• Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard taking full responsibility for all worked carried out.


• Laise with relevant departments involved in works.


• Keep all disturbances to guest to a minimum.


• Report any issues to the Head of Department.

Person specification

• Experience of working in a hotel environment


• Plumbing experience


• Electrical experience


• Aware of health and safety


• Flexible.


• Team player.


• Calm and self-motivated.
