Royston (SG8)

£40,000-£45,000

Mon-fri (5 days) or wed-sat (4 days)

Our client specialises in waste disposal and incineration. With plans to invest in the machinery and engineering team on-site, they are looking to bring in another maintenance engineer. The role would suit someone with a maintenance background- with knowledge of pressure vessels, boiler and steamer systems and pressure vessels.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • PPMs, Reactive Maintenance and Repiars to on-ste Machinery
  • Installation and Commissioning of new Machinery and Removal of old Machinery
  • Supporting the Head of Engineering
  • Electrical and Mechanical repairs
  • Occasional Fabrication and MIG/TIG welding

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Be a multiskilled maintenance engineer
  • Experience in an Industrial Environment
  • A relevant Mechcanical/Electrical Qualification
  • Knowledge of Steam, Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Incinerators, Welding, Fabrication are all desirable
