• Plant Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical equipment to meet production needs.
• Proactive Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on equipment upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to foster a strong culture of communication and problem-solving.

Who We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

• Mechanical & Electrical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in both disciplines, with a focus on plant maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Problem-Solver: Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Team Player: Work well in teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Forces Background Welcome: If you're transitioning from the military and have electrical/mechanical experience, this role could be a great fit.
• 3-Phase Electrical Experience: Must have solid knowledge and experience working with 3-phase electrical systems.
