Details for a Maintenance Engineer
Maintain and Improve availability targets for key performance equipment.
Previous Maintenance Engineer experience required
Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity to within agreed targets, to be individually agreed per WorkCentre (TBA)
Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e. SMED)
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities relating to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing
Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards
Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction.
Time served apprenticeship to HNC level or similar qualification in a related engineering field and experience within a similar role
Multi-skilled training with ideally an electrical bias
PLC fault finding and modifications experienceWorking hours of a Maintenance Engineer
37.5 hours per week
