Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias, looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced food/FMCG environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team based in Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) on machinery and equipment within a food manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on plant machinery and production lines.
Respond quickly and efficiently to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Work closely with the team to maintain smooth and efficient operations across multiple shifts.
Key Requirements:
Electrical bias with relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
Experience in machinery maintenance , ideally within the food/FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLC fault finding .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience with 4 on, 4 off shift patterns is desirable.
