💰 Salary: £42,500 basic
🕒 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a skilled PPM Engineer to support their Reliability Engineer and help drive continuous improvement on-site.

\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n

🔹 Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to improve equipment reliability
🔹 Work proactively rather than reactively, ensuring minimal downtime
🔹 Assist shift engineers with breakdowns and larger project work
🔹 Play a key role in training and upskilling the wider team

\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

✅ Strong mechanical skills with some electrical knowledge
✅ NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Engineering or a related field
✅ Food industry experience (desirable, but not essential)
✅ A team player with a proactive mindset
