Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary:

Basic Salary - £37,260 per annum

Shift Allowance - £3.50 per hour

Orion is partnered with a very fast paced, heavy industrial manufacturing business located in Worcester which is recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across multiple areas of the production line.
• Maintain CNC machinery
• Installation and commissioning of machinery
• Continuous improvement projects

• Promptly respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance work.
• To carry out routine maintenance of all production and foundry machinery.
• Fabrication
• Fault finding
• Work orders for breakdowns, PPM’s etc..

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:

• Metal works experience
• Machinery installation and commissioning experience
• Continuous Improvement Project experience
• Experience with heavy industrial machinery – CNC machines etc..
• Electrical or mechanical qualifications – NVQ Level 3 is essential
• PLC’s – fault finding 
• Heavy industry experience
• Be able to understand Schematics drawings.
• Reliable and flexible attitude to work.
• Excellent communication skills.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

• Salary: £37,260 £3.50ph shift allowance
• 25x days holiday BH
• Attendance allowance £1000 per year

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Shift: 5 & 2 shift pattern

Week 1: Monday - Tuesday on Wednesday - Thursday off Friday Saturday on.

Week 2: Monday Tuesday off. Wednesday Thursday on Friday, Saturday Sunday off.

Hours - 41 per week (12hr day shifts)
