Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work for an International Parking operator

Job Role

To ensure the hardware across their estate is working and performing effectively and identify appropriate hardware needs for future sites

Maintain pay & display Machines - perform routine maintenance on all P&D machines to ensure they are in good working order and to identify any problems

Camera Modems - perform routine maintenance on modems and swap out old ones to ensure they are in good working order

Tablets - perform routine maintenance and checks on tablets to ensure they are in good working order and to identify any problems

Signage - perform routine maintenance on signage to ensure they are in good condition and to identify any problems and replace were deemed needed by the company

Site Cleaning - perform routine site inspections and carry out litter picking on our Belfast City Centre sites to help combat the current issues we have been having with anti-socials

Site Inspections - Carry our quarterly site inspections and reporting findings back to clients and Richard for auditing.�

Pivotal - Keep an eye on Pivotal cash collections and re-train their staff where needed

Reporting - Running client reports on machines, RingGo and Smart Cloud when required�

Qualifications

Full, clean driving licence

Valid passport

Good attention to detail

Must show a common-sense approach to troubleshooting

Continuous improvement mindset

Time management, organisation & prioritisation skills

Work well under pressure and with a varying workload

Willing to work outside in all weather conditions

Good with working both at height and in confined spaces

Flexibility to work around the UK/Europe/USA

A willingness to learn

A working knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Outlook/Excel/Word etc.)

Parkeon/Metic knowledge is desirable

Electrical/electronic knowledge is desirable
