Maintenance Engineer £46,300
Location: Peterborough (relocating to Market Deeping in 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6pm2am (Early Finish Friday)

What Youll Be Doing:
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of machinery
Reducing downtime by working closely with the production team
Investigating faults and making long-term fixes, not just quick patches
Recording repairs and identifying patterns to prevent future issues
Supporting improvements to plant productivity
Ensuring parts, tools, and materials are available when needed
What Were Looking For: Maintenance Engineer
Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, ideally with an electrical bias
Confident with fault finding on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors, lighting, and small power
Familiar with PLCs (basic fault finding)
Mechanical experience including gearboxes, pneumatics, shafts, and strip-downs
NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or time-served
Strong communicator, organised, and self-motivated
Must be able to commute to Peterborough and happy to move to Market Deeping when the site relocates
