Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Roc Search's client are seeking an Electrical Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join their growing team in Leicestershire to be part of a worldwide group.

The successful candidate will be managing all aspects of Electrical Maintenance & Facilities leading in-house cell manufacture, procedure and provide technical support to the business operation ensuring efficiencies are maintained in a timely manner and drive the technical development of the business. This candidate will be managing a small team of Maintenance Engineers.

To be considered you will have the following experience:

• Electrical Bias - Essential
• 7 - 10 + years in industry
• PLC Programming & Fault finding (Siemens & Mitsubishi)
• 18th Edition Electrical Certified
• Knowledge of automotive industry ideal
• Robot programming and Integration
• Strong management skills (Inc. Disciplinary, Performance monitoring, Man Power planning and recruitment)
