Maintenance Fitter/Engineer - Recycling Industry

Location: Cwmbran
Pay: £17.93 per hour (weekly pay)
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - Rotating Days (6 AM-6 PM) & Nights (6 PM-6 AM)
Contract: Temp to Permanent

Your Role:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work
• Read and work from fabrication drawings
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Hold a basic electrical certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
• Work independently and as part of a team, following health & safety protocols
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

✔ Strong welding skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet high-quality standards
