Maintenance Manager
Location: Cheltenham 

Hours: 9am - 5pm | Fulltime | Permanent 

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly to achieve maximum efficiency.


• Liaise with external contractors for large scale works 


• Ensure correct policies around physical security of all premises, right tools, and systems in place to comply with relevant standards and insurance requirements.


• Conduct and manager maintenance tasks


• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.


• Manage capacity needs to meet business requirements, coordination with contractors to ensure correct and timely works, and all aspects to ensure a smooth implementation..


• Day to day management of safety - implementing effective measures to control fire practises, first aid, building security, health and environmental risks on a day-to-day basis.


• Take overall responsibility for the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of all our internal and external environments.


• To ensure all staff (including outside contractors), buildings and services comply with health & safety legislation and to undertake ‘risk assessments’ relating to the Estates function.
