On behalf of our Cardiff Hotel�client�we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager for their presitgious venue in Cardiff.



Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and facilities, whilst ensuring that all activities on site adhere to Health & Safety standards.



Responsibilities:

- Ensure upkeep of Hotel facilities, rooms and grounds

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues

- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

- Implement Health & Safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations



Experience:

- Proven experience in managing maintenance operations

- Knowledge of logic controllers, schematics, and project management

- Trade background within the construction or facilities industry

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems

- Knowledge of Health & Safety rules and legislation
