Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager: Our client, a well established manufacturing business, are looking to replace their outgoing Maintenance Manager on their fast paced production site. Working permanent days you will oversee a team of engineers and maintenance personnel working on shifts engaged in reactive and preventative maintenance activity.
The successful Maintenance Manager will have prior experience of leading a team of engineers/maintenance personnel in a fast paced volume production atmosphere. The idea Maintenance Manager appointed will be apprentice trained, have been promoted into their existing position, and will have experience of Six Sigma and the exacting standards demanded from the automotive / aerospace sectors.
Maintenance Manager - Role & Responsibilities
 - Deliver a world class maintenance and support function including TPM/PPM compliance and enforcement
 - Management of the CMMS
 - Environmental Systems, Health & Safety Systems
 - Managing the engineering budget
 - Manage major capital expenditure projects
 - Delivering an effective maintenance and support function
 - Recruit and training new and existing staf
