The Position: �Maintenance Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

Responsible for overseeing the upkeep, safety and security of this amazing estate.� You will head a small team and be accountable for managing all contractors, and a departmental budget to ensure that the�structure, fabric, gardens and services of the premises are maintained to a high standard of quality and safety, whilst adhering to health, safety and fire practices and legislation.� The successful candidate will have a background in a similar role, at 4/5 star level, be�an organised and methodical individual with a good eye for detail.�
