An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager to work for a established industrial manufacturing company based near Derby. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering functions in a very fast paced production facility. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in managing engineers, Capital Expenditure, Man Management of all engineering staff and the Plant reliability. The Ideal candidate will come from a fast paced manufacturing background and be highly motivated to make a positive impact. 

Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:

• Engineering Qualifications in electrical/Mechanical
• Experience in Managing a team of 5+ engineers 
• Providing Leadership across the Engineering Team
• Hands on When required
