Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate with property managers and tenants as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to various job sites in and around Manchester.
Availability for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
