Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team around Dunfermline and the surrounding area.�

The�starting salary�for the Maintenance Operative is �26,437.84 per annum or �12.71/ph.

40 hours per week, (6am - 3pm)

1-in-4 weekend shift. - Not on call.

As a Maintenance Operative your�duties�will be but not limited to

• General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.


• This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.


• PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
