Maintenance Operative

Uniserve, a leading UK logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our busy team in Tilbury . Reporting to the Senior Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, providing a positive working environment for all.
Key responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance checks and basic repairs.
Responding efficiently to maintenance requests.
Undertaking minor carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks.
Ensuring health and safety compliance through regular inspections.
Assisting with the upkeep of external building areas.
You'll have:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similarrole.
A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
