We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our client, a leading Student accommodation based in Glasgow. This is a temporary position, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The successful maintenance person will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Inspecting and reporting any issues with rooms
• Cleaning and preparing rooms for new tenants
• Moving furniture, including mattresses and other items
• Performing silo coning tasks
• Repairing and replacing shower heads
• Assisting the Maintenance team with any additional tasks as needed

Maintenance Person Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a property management, student accommodation, Build to Rent, or hospitality setting
• Multi-skilled with the ability to work independently
• Available for an immediate start
