Maintenance Planner

This role is for a passionate Maintenance Planner, keen to contribute their skills in an established Industrial / Manufacturing firm based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work within the Engineering & Manufacturing department, managing maintenance schedules and ensuring maximum machine uptime.

Description

As Maintenance Planner you will be tasked with the following;

• Coordinate maintenance activities with various departments
• Support unplanned loss reduction activities
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
• Arrange & control hire equipment, mobile plant, tools & equipment
• Reducing unscheduled downtime by using preventive & predictive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Profile

A successful Maintenance Planner should have:

• Educated to HNC level in an engineering discipline
• IOSH qualification
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)
