Maintenance Plumber

Role: Maintenance Plumber 

Location: Coventry

Salary: £36-£38k per annum - 40 hour week 

25 days holiday plus 8 

Training 

Van & fuel card 

All sites within 30 mins

1 x weekend in 4 working 

1 x week in 4 on call

Are you a time-served Plumber, competent in Maintenance, questioning whether you are in the right place?

Perhaps you have been working in Maintenance for a number of years however are not getting the fulfilment you need, if so, our client, a leading FM company is looking for you.

If you have experience maintaining the below in commercial environments, this job would be perfectly suited to you. 

Basic fabric works and PPM's.

Desire to go on to additional training 

Must have full driving licence

NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & heating

Must be able to undertake an enhanced DBS check
