Randstad C&P is recruiting for an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services across a range of facilities.

  • Contract: Commercial Contract
  • Salary: �30,000 - �35,000 per annum

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the North East?

Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
  • Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
  • Undertake minor project installation tasks.
  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Package:

  • Salary Up to �35,000 per annum
  • Generous 33 days leave.

Requirements:

  • Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of water systems and compliance standards (e.g., L8 Awareness).
  • Ability to obtain DBS
