We manage the advertising opportunities on a variety of street furniture products including Adshel bus shelters, Adbox newspaper security units and billboards, digital panels in shopping centres and on-street. Through this we have created a national network that reaches people in the public social space, drives footfall and generates word of mouth. The Company has a vacancy for a Maintenance Specialist. The person filling this role will be required to display initiative and an ability to deliver flexibility and changed work practices in line with continuing changing demands in a very dynamic market. Position: Maintenance Specialist Reporting to: Operations Manager The Role: Maintain portfolio of sites across NI including: Manage all the processes involved in the maintenance of the Clear Channel portfolio Working closely with Building Crew & PCOs Build a strong & professional relationship with all business partners Support all aspects of operations Ensure all reporting & compliance procedures are maintained Key Responsibilities: Maintenance on Large Format, Small Format & Digital sites as per specification Regular inspection of CCNI portfolio Electrical inspection & repairs Anchor bolt testing Building new sites Posting large format billboards & lightboxes Painting of CCNI portfolio Garden maintenance Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures Carry out the work to the required standard Load and prepare the van correctly to ensure a safe & efficient workday Stock Management Ensure all tools & equipment are serviced, maintained & stored correctly in the van ready for daily use Complete all the required documentation within the role on time & accurately Essential Criteria: At least 2 years relevant working experience Experience in general maintenance Electrical experience & relevant qualifications an advantage - certified training will be provided Ability to prioritise work on a daily basis and liaise with other members within the operations team Good communication skills - contact with members of the public, utility companies & business partners Reasonably IT literate The Person: Enthusiastic & proactive individual Flexible approach to working hours Honest & reliable Comfortable working at height Safety conscious Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others Clean Driving License & strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage workload Comfortable working under pressure Attention to detail essential Able to understand the job specifications & processes involved in this role Undergo training programmes & update when required Package: Basic salary £35,000 Bonus structure Payable overtime Company vehicle Mobile phone 30 days Annual Leave Company pension People Rewards Scheme
