Pay rate: £17.96 - £21.05 depending on experience, PAYE/Umbrella.
Location: Hunterston
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days
Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation require a maintenance craftsperson to join their maintenance team on site at Hunterston B. Working as a member of station maintenance team, you will be providing a comprehensive service to the department supporting the safe and effective operations and maintenance on site.
Due to specific station events you may be required to work a weekend on a rota basis during the course of the event.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
Hold a UK Driving Licence
Experience working in an industrial site/ warehouse environment is essential
Forklift licence (counter balance and reach truck)
Understanding of LOLER/ PUWER regulations
Undertake Portable Appliance Testing
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, written and verbal
An ability to interpret and interrogate data
Role information:
Support in the management and issue of tooling/ lifting equipment.
Site transport of materials/ goods.
Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
Undertake necessary admin tasks.
