I am recruiting for a global Automotivecompany based in the Birmingham area, they are looking to add three maintenance supervisors to each shift due to a new 10 years contract with a major automotive player. You can be either bias, main duties involve being first point of contact for engineers, end of shift reporting, ordering spares etc. The machines on site include;ABB robots,hydraulic packs, chemical injection heads, leather splitting machines,oyster presses, pneumatic storage systems, membrane presses, Ovens,sewingmachines,water jet cutting boxes,automated spray booths, moulding presses and tufting/extrusion lines, scanners, light guards and more. Please note - you MUST have level 3 electrical considered, or a multi-skilled Level 3 apprenticeship

Experience required for the maintenance supervisor:
5 + years working as a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment - MUST be multi-skilled
Must have level 3 electrical qualification, or multi-skilled apprenticeship
Experience working as a maintenance team leader or maintenance supervisor in the past ideally two years + but would consider less
Experience within a fast paced environment as a maintenance supervisor
