Your role

• You'll be working across a large critical site in Cambridge.
• You'll have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated maintenance engineers covering building services & facilities maintenance.
• You'll also ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.

This role is covering working on a large static estate in Cambridge Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
About you

• An Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
• Previous experience of supervising multi skilled maintenance engineers
• You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules

This role would suit a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor Or Maintenance Supervisor.
Having experience of working within a critical environment is highly advantageous for this role however, experience within FM maintenance is essential.
