Job Summary
Wehave an exciting opportunity for aMaintenance Engineering Team Leaderto join our team atFloretteinLichfield. You'll assist the Maintenance Manager in managing a team of engineers, as well as carrying out engineering duties, servicing and conducting repairs over the site.
Working hours: Panama Shift:12 hour shifts | Rotating days & nights | 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am

Agrial has operations across 18 regions, with 280 farming outlets and 5 different divisions, which comprise Beverage, Dairy, Meat, Fresh Produce & Agricultural operations; its not just about lettuce! Under the Florette brand, our site processes and distributes pre-packed, ready to eat fresh salad bags to well-known retailers in the UK. Main Responsibilities
Motivate a team of engineers & Encourage EPIC behaviours (Excellence, Positivity, Innovation and Co-operation)
Ensure implementation of hygiene and safety regulations, the wearing of protective clothing and the correct use and maintenance of hardware available and general compliance with internal regulations and labour legislation.
To manage and motivate a team of maintenance engineers along with any contractors on site.
Day to day upkeep of Production Equipment.
Reacting to breakdowns quickly in order to reduce downtime.
Equipment repair.
Preventative Maintenance.
Factory start up and testing.
Technical repairing.
The accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation
SkillsandExperience Required
Technical Hands-On-Engineering Experience, ideally within food manufacturing environment.
Recognised time served apprenticeship or relevant technical qualifications in either mechanical or electrical at a minimum NVQ Level 3
Knowledge of Planned Maintenance and PPM development.
Broad knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical & PC/Inverter Assets.
Specific experience of prioritising resources in a busy environment.
