Conduct equipment inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes and standards Create and maintain plant history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays. Provide technical assistance as required to improve the reliability and performance of the plant's machinery. Comply with company policies and procedures, inc. Health & Safety Standards. Utilise Computer based maintenance management system to support the maintenance function. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Criteria Minimum 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent. HNC or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or electronics. Minimum 3 years FMCG experience. 2-3 years in a technical role including experience in the interpretation of drawings, installation of new equipment and knowledge of control systems. Demonstrates the highest standards of practice in health and safety. Demonstrates cross-functional thinking and understanding. Desired Criteria Time served artisan (Electrical, Electronic) 3rd level qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics) PLC programming experience.
