Maintenance Technician

The Role 

This leading nationwide property services company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Redhill, Surrey. 

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break (35 hours per week; Hours can be flexible). The salary is between £22,000 - £30,000 depending upon experience.

What will you be doing as Maintenance Technician? 

• 
  

  Have an understanding of general site maintenance and health and safety programs 

• 
  

  Operate door and gate entry systems and report any maintenance issues 

• 
  

  Basic maintenance and repairs around the site 

• 
  

  Painting and decorating of communal areas on the site when required 

• 
  

  Empty and deep clean bin areas and cycle store facilities 

• 
  

  Litter pick when required and ensure all grounds remain clean and tidy 

• 
  

  Manage stock levels and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are in stock 

• 
  

  Monitor contractors when on site 

• 
  

  Monthly meter readings and recording of readings across the site

  Basic maintenance skills

  Painting and decorating skills

  Willingness to clean bin store areas and litter pick

  Understanding of general health and safety measures
