This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the luxurious properties of our esteemed clientele, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. /p p br /p p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p p 1. Property Maintenance: /p p - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of super prime London properties. /p p - Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other household systems. /p p - Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and renovations. /p p - Monitor and maintain home automation systems. /p p br /p p 2. General Support Tasks: /p p - Assist with household tasks such as furniture assembly, painting, and general repairs. /p p - Handle routine tasks, including changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and addressing minor damages promptly. /p p - Technology support - basic understanding of AV set up (Sky, iPad, control 4 systems). /p p br /p p 3. Emergency Response: /p p - Be available for on-call duties in case of emergencies or urgent maintenance needs. /p p - Respond promptly to alarm systems or security alerts. /p p - Good knowledge of London (driving the company van will be required) /p p br /p p 4.
