Job Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Technician with good experience working across a range of Commercial Clients in the Swansea and surrounding area.
The successful individuals will need Experience in building compliance to conduct weekly /monthly tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, visual inspections of fire doors, extinguishers, water temperature sampling, meter readings, barrier/gates checks general housekeeping checks. All inspections must be documented so attention to detail is essential and good record keeping. Good IT skills as all works are on carried out via our field service management system.
Duties include:
Annual Salary:
£30,000-£32,000 (Depending on experience)
