About the Company: Our client is a well-established, market-leading FMCG company operating within the food industry. This position is based at their distribution site, focusing on maintenance across commercial facilities and distribution systems rather than production processes.
Role Overview: We're seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Technician with experience in facilities management and manufacturing/production environments. In this role, youll be responsible for both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform reactive and PPM on commercial facilities and hard services.
Conduct maintenance on distribution lines, including robotic arms.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure efficient operations across all systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in FM and manufacturing/production environments.
Relevant technical qualifications in maintenance or engineering.
A natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Team-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
At least two in disciplines;plumbing/HVAC, electrical maintenance
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of up to £36,000 per year.
Shift Pattern : 4 on, 4 off (7am - 7pm) with 12-hour day shifts.
7% non-contributory pension plan.
Comprehensive sick pay scheme .
