Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician job working Monday to Friday Days with a local FMCG Food Producer in Dungannon (not meat)

Electrical bias candidates are preferred however mechanical bias with well rounded multi-skilled experience is welcome

You will carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on production and processing equipment, resolving breakdowns and troubleshooting to ensure production runs smoothly

Monday to Friday Days with occasional Saturdays paid at 1.5

The Role

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance production equipment
• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Resolve breakdowns, troubleshooting and problem solving to identify root cause
• Support new installations, modifications and projects
• Proactive identifying engineering improvements
• Work in line with company policy and health/ safety

What we are looking for

• Qualified Apprenticeship - Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical
• Proven maintenance experience with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Preferably strong electrical knowledge, fault finding, PLC's, servos, motors, three phase
• Preferably experience in a Food/ FMGC setting
