Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Are you a newly qualified accountant looking to venture into the world of industry after working in practice?
Ford & Stanley are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a hardware and software solutions company who work with digital innovation and data science to deliver performance improvement technologies for customers in a range of sectors including aerospace, automotive, construction, rail and manufacturing.
Roles and responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Business Partnering – Much of the job focuses upon working with an array of businesses, meeting with customers and advising on improving and implementing new financial performance processes

2. 
   

   Budgeting and forecasting - This role will require the candidate to lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes to help drive financial improvement through reasonable challenges of the business

3. 
   

   Reviewing and supporting negotiations – working closely with the organisation to support commercial negotiations and the prioritisation of investments and business cases focusing on maximum ROI

The ideal candidate will be:
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or currently studying) - essential
Have great communication and relationship building skills - essential
